The industry dates from the '70s, it develops from the downstream part of the encapsulation, then to upstream products  it forms into Chip and Epi-wafer . Nowadays, it has been a fairly complete industry supply chain and industry cluster. Though we started late in the development of Taiwan LTD industry , our entire team take the bull by the horns, walking on the steady and healthy road.
